When is my bill due?

Bills are mailed monthly and payment is due within 20 days of the bill date. The due date is clearly marked on your bill. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Is my water safe to drink?

Yes! Our potable water meets or exceeds all EPA and Florida DEP safety standards. We conduct regular testing and publish annual Consumer Confidence Reports detailing water quality results.

How much notice do I need to give to start or stop service?

We require at least 3 business days advance notice for both service connections and disconnections. This allows us to schedule the necessary field work and ensure accurate billing.
